The Avoyelles Parish NAACP will host its 2nd annual banquet honoring African American educators on Saturday, Feb. 21 at 2 pm at the Cochon De Lait Pavilion in Mansura. 

The special guest speaker will be Congressman Cleo Fields. Formal or African attire required.
