The Art of Baking Bake-off at the Avoyelles Arts & Music Festival has been announced. The Bake-off will be held Friday, July 4. Judging will begin at 9am. This year’s cake decoration theme is “4th of July Summer.”

The Bake-off will take place at the Paragon Casino RV Lodge Lobby. Adults (18 and over) and youth (17 and under) are invited to compete. Professionals are not allowed to participate. 

There is no registration fee, and registration will be open 8-8:45am on Friday. Winners will receive cash awards and fun prizes. Awards will be presented at the opening ceremony.

Donations are accepted to benefit the Silver Lining Sweets & More Bakery. All entries are donations to to AAMF for post-competition bake sale.
