Chief of Police J. Fayyaz announced that the Simmesport Police Department had received a generous donation from St. James Episcopal Church in Alexandria, adding a special thanks to Mother Shelley Martin.
The contribution will provide essential parts for police units, enabling the department to patrol the streets of Simmesport more efficiently and effectively.
