The Cochon De Lait Festival will be held in Mansura this weekend, Friday, May 8, through Sunday, May 10. 

Carnival ride specials will begin today, Wednesday, May 6, and run through Sunday, May 10. 

The Festival will formerly open Friday, May 8, at 6am with The Hanging of the Pigs. The full festival schedule can be seen above. 

In addition to carnival rides, the festival will feature live music, lots of fun contests (including hula hooping, hog calling, and beer drinking), a parade, and the presentation of the festival court. 

“Come hungry, leave happy!” is the festival’s motto.
