August is Mental Health Awareness Month, and the Avoyelles Parish School Board is here to support its families.

Avoyelles Parish Schools is partnering with ParentGuidance.org to offer FREE virtual Mental Health Series webinars throughout the month of August. These expert-led sessions cover a wide range of topics to help parents and caregivers navigate today’s challenges, including:

* Child anxiety
* Building confidence
* Social media safety
* Bullying prevention
* Emotional regulation
* Healthy boundaries
* Body positivity
* Suicide prevention awareness
* Self-harm prevention
* Eating disorders
*…and more.

Sessions are held Monday–Thursday at 6pm CT, and parents/guardians can attend as many sessions as desired at no cost.
